MRS. ELIZABETH HEATON, an old and esteemed resident of this city place, died at her home on East Adams Street in this city at 9:30 p. m. Sunday, June 9, aged 82 y. 2 m. and 1 day….Following are the names of people who have come to the city for the purpose of attending the funeral: MR. JOHN HEATON of Des Moines (grandson) arrived here Tuesday; MISS ANNA LAWSON of Ottumwa, and MR. and MRS. ELMER LAWSON of Batavia; MRS. JAMES HEATON of Burlington; CHAS. GIBSON, who is traveling salesman for a Chicago firm; and MISS DAISY GIBSON of Perlee.
