Phyllis HUNT, 83, of Fairfield, died Wednesday, June 21, 2017, in Cleveland, Georgia.

Phyllis 'Jeanie' Jean HUNT

Phyllis "Jeanie" Jean HUNT, age 83 of Fairfield, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017, in Cleveland, GA.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Behner Funeral Home.

Funeral service will follow the visitation at 1:00 pm Wednesday, June 28, 2017, at Behner Funeral Home with Pastor Dianne Brokken officiating. Graveside rites will be the next day 1:00 pm, Thursday, June 29, 2017, with Pastor Dave Shadinger officiating at Graham Prairie Home Cemetery in Graham, MO.

Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church Helping Hands or The Lord's Cupboard. Cards and memorials can be sent to: Randy HUNT, 515 NW 1891 Road, Kingsville, MO 54061.

Jeanie was born in Graham, MO on May 30, 1934, to Glen and Juanita (CARMICHAEL) CRAIN. She married Charles Lincoln HUNT on June 7, 1953, in Graham, Missouri. They celebrated 57 years of marriage before he passed away February 28, 2011.

Jeanie has lived in Fairfield since 1977 and the last year she has lived in Cleveland, GA. She worked as a librarian and managed a flower shop. Jeanie attended the First United Methodist Church and First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), and belonged Graham Progressive Club. She enjoyed square dancing, shopping and traveling.

Jeanie is survived by two children: Randy (Stacey) HUNT of Kingsville, MO and Lara HENRY of Cleveland, GA; 4 grandchildren, Cherah (James) CURTIS, Skylen PATFIELD, Brenan LAKEY and Tristan LAKEY; and 3 great grandchildren, Gabriel and Elyan CURTIS and Myah PATFIELD.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Glen and Juanita CRAIN; and her husband, Charles HUNT.
