Tresa GREEN

BIRMINGHAM -- Tresa GREEN, 75, formerly of Birmingham, died Monday, April 10, 2017, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids, Iowa (note: in Linn Co., IA).

Cremation has been accorded. A memorial service and visitation will be 4 p.m. Thursday, April 20, at the Raymond Funeral Home in Birmingham.

A memorial has been established to the American Diabetes Association. Arrangements are in the care of the Raymond Funeral Home in Birmingham.

Tresa was born Jan. 22, 1942, at Noblesville, Indiana, the daughter of Robert and Anna RILEY HEINZMAN.

She graduated from Noblesville High School in Indiana. She was a hairstylist.

She married Norman GREEN on Feb. 26, 1972, at Greenwood, Indiana.

Survivors include: husband Norm of Marion, Iowa; two daughters, Stacy (Robert) WHISENAND of Marion, and Deborah CRAIG of South Carolina; son, Shawn MESSENGER of Indiana; three step-children, Kellie KLINGERMAN of Knox, Indiana, Garry GREEN of Southport, Indiana and Beth GREEN of Indianapolis, Indiana; two brothers, William HEINZMAN and Ron HEINZMAN, plus several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sons, Kevin MESSENGER and Jeffrey MESSENGER.
