Michael J. JONES, 53, of Fairfield, died Monday, March 20, 2017, in his home.
The body will be cremated, with a burial to be held at a later date at Shaul Cemetery in Ottumwa (note: in Wapello Co., IA).
Visitation, with family present, will be 4-5 p.m. Friday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield.

Mr. JONES was born March 2, 1964, to Jack and Juanita MAIRET JONES at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.
He enjoyed spending time with his children, his cat Bella and drag racing.
Survivors include: daughter, Abbie of Fairfield; son, Nathan of Fairfield; mother, Juanita of Ottumwa; sister, Angela (Chip Bruntlett) JONES of Knoxville.
He was preceded in death by: father, Jack JONES; and infant brother, Jack.
