Harold L. "Pete" BROWN

Harold L. "Pete" BROWN, 73, of Houston, Texas, and formerly of Fairfield, died Sunday, Dec. 19, 2004, in Houston.

The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Jim Wotherspoon officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Family will receive friends from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorials to Westway Baptist Church building fund can be mailed to Westway Baptist Church at 11207 Perry Road, Houston, TX 77064.

Mr. BROWN was born Dec. 12, 1932, in Detroit, Mich., the son of Harold and Olive MACK BROWN. He married Charlene FULLER MORLAN in Bettendorf in 1989.

He was employed by Acco-Babcock in Fairfield. He resided in Houston for the past 14 years.

Mr. Brown was a member of Westway Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Kimberly BROWN of Fairfield and Michelle RUSHING and husband Nyle of Johnston; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Note: Buried in Evergreen Cemetery in Fairfield, IA, in Lot 2nd.198. Wife Maryann Charlene FULLER MORLAN is noted as being Pete's second wife; unknown at this point who he was first married to. She died in 2015 and is buried with her first husband Wendal MORLAN, also in Evergreen Cemetery.
