H. HEADLEY Rites Set

BATAVIA -- Harold R. HEADLEY, 64, died at 8:05 a.m. today at the Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield where he had been a patient the past month.

Funeral services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Campbell Funeral Chapel in Batavia conducted by the Rev. L. C. Stufflebeam. Burial will be in the Brethren Cemetery.

Harold R. HEADLEY was born Feb. 2, 1910, in Stark County, Ill., the son of Anson and Elizabeth GILL HEADLEY.

He lived most of his life in the Batavia Community, engaged in farming. He was a member of the Church of the Brethren near Libertyville and a veteran of World War II.

His marriage to Harriet MANNING took place June 25. 1931. (sic) She survives. Other survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Rod MILLER, Fairfield; one son, David, Fairfield; one grandson and a brother, Robert, Peoria, Ill.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
