Neil Allen JOHNSTON 48, Des Moines Ia, passed away on Tuesday, February 9th, 2016.

He was born on July 5th, 1967 to Danny JOHNSTON and Shirley LAUDERMAN STOKES in Fairfield Ia.

Neil graduated from Fairfield High School in 1985. He married Jill DAVIS on October 19, 1991 in Fairfield, Ia

Neil is survived by his wife Jill, sons Luke and Owen JOHNSTON, daughter Cora JOHNSTON of Des Moines... Father Danny JOHNSTON & Gloria McCABE, Stepfather Rich STOKES, siblings, Denise JOHNSTON, Laurie WOODS, Tyler JOHNSTON and Ashley STONEKING...

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Glen and Kathleen JOHNSTON, Wilmer and Beulah LAUDERMAN, his mother Shirley and brother Kent.

Graveside service will be held May 21 at 11:00 at Evergreen Cemetery Fairfield.
