LaDonna CHRISTENSEN, 73, of Fairfield, died Monday, Jan. 4, 2016, at her home.
Per her wish, the body has been cremated.
Visitation for family and friends will be 6-7 p.m. Thursday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield.

Mrs. CHRISTENSEN was born Dec. 25, 1942, in Tyler, Minnesota, the daughter of Ray and Ada MUELLER MEYER. She married David CHRISTENSEN in February 1963; they divorced. She married James PALMER June 20, 1993, in Fairfield.
Mrs. CHRISTENSEN worked as a waitress at the Elks Lodge, Country Kitchen and Copeland's.
She was an avid sports fan; especially watching the Minnesota Vikings and St. Louis Cardinals. Her hobbies and interests included reading, gardening, fishing and going to the Riverside Casino. She loved spending time with family and her dog.
Survivors include: her husband, James PALMER of Fairfield; two children, Jodi RANDOLPH of Columbia, Tennessee, and Scot CHRISTENSEN of Fairfield; five step-children, Rick PALMER, Tommie PALMER, Ronnie PALMER, Terry PALMER and Julie CARPENTER; three grandchildren; several stepgrandchildren; and one brother, Keith MEYER of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Ray and Ada MEYER; and her stepfather, Robert ELVING.
