Larry Dean McNEW

Larry Dean McNEW, 58, formally (sic - formerly) of Fairfield, died Monday, Dec. 1, 2015, at Van Buren County Health Center in Keosauqua.

Per his wishes, the body has been cremated. A private graveside service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Evergreen Cemetery in Fairfield.

Memorials can be made to Van Buren County Health Center. Cards and memorials can be mailed to Marjorie LEE, 320 S. Seventh St., Chariton 50049. Online condolences can be made at www.behnerfh.com.

Mr. McNEW was born May 23, 1957, the son of Walter Dale McNEW and Marjorie LaVonne HENSLEY LEE.

He lived in the Fairfield area most of his life.

He worked for 16 years at Hy-Vee as department manager of organic foods.

He enjoyed watching TV.

Survivors include: his mother, Marjorie LEE and her husband Marvin of Chariton.

He was preceded in death by: his father, Walter McNEW; and one brother, Ronald McNEW.
