Ronald Edwin HALL

Ronald Edwin HALL ("Ron") died Wednesday, November 25, 2015, in Fairfield, Iowa, at the age of 82. A memorial service was held Sunday, November 29, at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, followed by a gathering of friends at the Overland building to celebrate Ron's life. He had been dealing with debilitating kidney disease for many months.

Ron was born February 22, 1933 in Detroit, Michigan. After graduating from the Henry Ford Trade School, he worked at the Ford Design Center in Dearborn. In the years that followed, his varied career included property management in Ann Arbor and Washington, D.C.; seaman in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War (sic - Korean Conflict); and citrus grove management for ten years in Lake Wales, Florida.

A devoted practitioner of Transcendental Meditation, Ron lived in Fairfield several times over the last thirty years. Following a year in Fairfield in 1984, he moved to Washington, D.C., where he served as property manager for several T.M.-related facilities for nine years. When he returned to Fairfield in 1994, he established his Global Coherence business to create electronic products and computer programs for the purpose of creating peace and coherence in the world. From 2003 to 2010, his business was headquartered in St. George, Utah, and in 2010 he returned to Fairfield to continue his business and to serve as a consultant to Overland company president Roger Leahy.

Ron is survived by his loving daughter, Sandy BALLARD, her husband, Jeff, two grandchildren and one great-grandchild, of Michigan; his loyal brothers, Jim HALL of Michigan and Bob HALL of Florida; numerous nieces and nephews; and his former wife Elinor HALL RYAN.

Ron will be remembered for his upbeat, energetic approach to life and his deep commitment and mission to creating peace on Earth through his Metatron technologies. He was an important member of the Overland team in management and development consulting, and in health, benefits, and quality-of-life issues. Ron also played a vital role in helping thousands of people around the world through his technologies, which he provided as a free service in recent years. In his own words, he had had a good life and was ready to "go home." Ron HALL will be greatly missed by his family and friends around the globe.
