Sandra Lynn WHEELER CLARK, 56, of Ottumwa, died at 12:39 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2015, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
The body has been cremated. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at First Pentecostal Assembly of God in Ottumwa.
Mrs. CLARK was born Nov. 13, 1959, in Mankato, Minnesota, the daughter of James WHEELER and Sally BROWN.
A resident of Ottumwa most of her life, she had worked at The Nelson Company in Fairfield.
She was a member of First Pentecostal Assembly of God, where she helped in the children's room.
She loved animals, including her dog Victor, and she was a volunteer worker at Noah's Ark.
Survivors include: one daughter, Melissa MONTGOMERY of Ottumwa; one son, Joshua HENDRICKS; seven grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; stepfather, David ROWLAND; two brothers, Jim WHEELER of Ottumwa and Carl WHEELER of Waterloo; three sisters, Laura ROWLAND of Fairfield, Beth SMITH of Libertyville, and Kimberly Sue PANKO of Ottumwa.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Sally ROWLAND and James WHEELER; and an infant son, Danny HENDRICKS.
