Kymberly EHERT (sic - EHRET)

FAIRFIELD -- Kymberly Dawn EHRET was born to Allen EHRET and Ruby LaRUE EHRET in Fairfield, Iowa August 15, 1977. She left this life October 6, 2015 in Phoenix, Arizona surrounded by her family, friends and her puppies after a long struggle with cancer.

Kymberly is survived by her parents, her brother Jason EHRET and her puppies Emmit Otter and Penelope Sooki all from Phoenix, Arizona.

Kymberly was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents John LaRUE and Mary SHILLING LaRUE and her paternal grandparents Abraham EHRET and Mildred CARLTON EHRET all from Eldon, Iowa.

Kymberly graduated from Fairfield High School in Fairfield, Iowa where she excelled at volleyball and was a two time state qualifier in doubles tennis.

She was a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, moving to Phoenix, Arizona where she taught school, managed a Curves for Women and was Executive Assistant at Arizona Summit School of Law until her cancer limited her work schedule.

Kymberly and her mother were loyal Arizona Football Cardinals fans and the family particularly enjoyed tailgating with other Cardinals fans. The group attained the honor of "Tailgater of the Week" for the Cards vs the New York Giants game in 2008.

Kymberly was cremated in Phoenix, Arizona and her ashes will be cast by her parents into the waters off Daytona Beach, Florida.

Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday October 27, 2015 at Reece Funeral HOme in Ottumwa with Pastor David Albert officiating. Visitiation with the family present will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday October 26, 2015.

In lieu of flowers Kymberly requests donations to Heartland Humane Society, PO Box 1149, Ottumwa, IA 52501.
