Glen W. 'Bud' WARE

Glen W. "Bud" WARE, 71, of Farmington, died at 8:26 a.m. Saturday, July 25, 2015, at Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua.

A memorial gathering of family and friends will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Farmington Shelter House by the river. The body has been cremated. Private burial of cremains will be at a later date.

Memorials to Farmington EMS can be brought to the gathering or mailed to the family at 1059 Primrose Road, Farmington 52626. Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua is assisting the family.

Mr. WARE was born April 11, 1944, near Argyle, the son of Glen and Stella DERR WARE.

He graduated from Central Lee High School.

He farmed and worked at various other jobs in several states.

He was an avid outdoorsman.

Survivors include: three sisters, Glenda TOWNSEND of Farmington, Jean MEINHARDT of Donnellson and Lois WHITE of Wever.

He was preceded in death by: his parents; his stepfather, Frank BIDEAUX; and one sister, Betty McBRIDE.
