Cynthia 'Cindy' Marie STARR

Cynthia "Cindy" Marie STARR, 70, of Birmingham, died Monday, May 4, 2015. at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.

Per her wishes, the body has been cremated.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Suburban Heights Baptist Church, with the Rev. Ed Parker officiating. Private burial of cremains will be at a later date.

Vistation for family and friends will be 10-11 a.m. Friday prior to the memorial service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family. Cards and memorials can be mailed to 24502 115th St., Birmingham 52535. Online condolences can be made to the family at www.behnerfh.com.

Behner Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting with arrangements.

Mrs. STARR was born April 27, 1945, the daughter of Clarence and Elenor COLEMAN. She married Gerald STARR June 6, 1986.

Mrs. STARR was a farm wife. She loved her animals and treated each as a family member or cherished friend. She loved spending time at the sale barn and talking with her many friends.

Survivors include: her husband, Gerald STARR of Birmingham; one son, David COLEMAN and spouse Nancy; five stepchildren, Teresa HART and spouse Kim, Gerald O. STARR II and spouse Tess, Johanas STARR and spouse Becky, Anthony STARR, Ronald STARR and spouse Beth; special friend, Judy Aplara; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one sister; and two brothers.

She was preceded in death by: her parents.
