August 02, 2004Alicia J. Hoffman, 21, 300 Wilson Blvd., died Sunday, Aug. 1, 2004, as a result of an automobile accident.
A celebration of life will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at Behner Funeral Home. Burial of cremains will be at a later date in Baker, Nev.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family can be mailed to Lynne Hoffman, 300 Wilson Blvd., Fairfield 52556.
Ms. Hoffman was born Aug. 1, 1983, in Ely, Nev., the daughter of Russell Lee and Lynne Patrick Hoffman.
She lived in the Fairfield community since 1995. After graduating in 2001 from Fairfield High School, she attended the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Survivors include her mother; two brothers, Stefan Patrick Hoffman of Fairfield and V.L. "Rusty" Hoffman of West Valley City, Utah.
She was preceded in death by her father.
