Brian B. WARNER, 54, of Birmingham, died at 3:50 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2014, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
Per Mr. WARNER's wishes, no funeral is planned and cremation has been accorded.
A visitation and celebration of life gathering is planned from 5-7 p.m. Friday at Raymond Funeral Home in Birmingham.

Mr. WARNER was born Dec. 15, 1960, in Ottumwa, the son of Maynard and Claudette BASIL WARNER. He married Lorie LEYDEN Oct. 27, 1979; they were later divorced.
He grew up in Douds and graduated from Van Buren High School in 1979.
He was a self-employed mechanic and drove a truck for Douds Stone.
Survivors include: two sons, Cory WARNER and wife Tiffany of Birmingham and Brandon WARNER and Lizzie Helmick, also of Birmingham; two grandchildren; his father, Maynard WARNER, of Douds; his mother, Claudette BASIL, of Batavia; two brothers, Monte WARNER of Ottumwa and Curt WARNER of Stockport; and two sisters Connie BURNHAM of Wayland and Lori ORWIG of Indianola.
Deceased family members include his sister Vicki WARNER and brother Guy WARNER.
