Millicent Ruth EHRHARDT

Millicent Ruth EHRHARDT, 87, of Keosauqua died at 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13, 2000 at Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua.

The funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Behner Funeral Home, with the Rev. Danny Cary officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Family visitation will be from 6:30-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Fairfield Public Library.

Mrs. EHRHARDT was born Jan. 17, 1913, in Jefferson County, the daughter of Ray and Grace JACOBS STONER. She married Eugene EHRHARDT June 3, 1933, in Fairfield. He died March 17, 1961.

Mrs. EHRHARDT lived all of her life in Jefferson County. She was employed as a nurse’s aide at the Parkview Care Center for eight years before her retirement. She was a farm homemaker in Blackhawk Township in Jefferson County.

She was a member of Pleasant Grove Methodist Church and the Busybees and Happy Days clubs.

Survivors included three daughters, Karen SMITH of Clovis, NM, Nancy EHRHARDT of Fort Madison and Becky JAEGER of Fairfield; three sons, Walter, Jerry and Roger EHRHARDT, all of Fairfield; 19 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren.

In additiion to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Robert EHRHARDT and a stillborn baby, Darrell EHRHARDT; one brother, William STONER; and one sister, Dorothy NELSON.
