Madge Dorothy Harper McIntire, 89, formerly of Fairfield, died Tuesday, April 27, 2004 at Encore Senior Villa in Monroe, Wis.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at New Life Community Church, formerly known as Free Methodist Church, following visitation at 10 a.m. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery.

Memorials can be made to the American Heart Association in lieu of flowers.

Newcomer Funeral Home in Broadhead, Wis., is in charge of arrangements.
