Paula Jean STOCKS, 63 of Richland, died Saturday, July 12, 2014, at her home.
Per her wishes, the body has been cremated. Burial of cremains will be at a later date.
A celebration of life gathering is set from 2-6 p.m. Thursday at the Hometown Inn & Suites in Washington, Iowa.

Mrs. STOCKS was born June 8, 1951, in Des Moines, the daughter of Robert and Mildred HEINOLD McFARLANE. She married Phillip D. STOCKS March 4, 1994.
Mrs. STOCKS graduated from Washington High School. She worked with the elderly in various care centers in Washington and Jefferson counties for more than 30 years, the last 18 years as activities director. The last three years, she worked at All American Care in Washington.
Mrs. STOCKS was very kind hearted and touched many lives with her presence and generosity.
Survivors include: her husband, Phillip STOCKS of Richland; three children, Brian SINN and wife Wendy of Richland, Kimberly STEPHANIE and husband Tom of Washington, Iowa, and Christopher SINN and wife Rhonda of Colfax; 15 grandchildren; one brother, Robert "Rob" McFARLANE of Iowa City; and one sister, Connie BOUCHER of North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
