Richard E. CAMPBELL

Richard E. CAMPBELL, 69, of Tonopah, Arizona, died Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at home.

Local services are not planned.

Memorial donations may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation.

Mr. CAMPBELL was born in Fairfield, the son of Shan and Pat CAMPBELL.

He graduated from Fairfield High School in 1963.

He moved to Davenport, and then the Phoenix, Arizona area.

Survivors include one son, Scott; one brother, William; one sister, Pam LOHSE of St. Charles, Missouri; one granddaughter; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Melody CAMPBELL.
