Patricia KORSCHGEN

Patricia KORSCHGEN, 85, of Fairfield, formerly of Kahoka, Missouri, died Friday, June 6, 2014, at Jefferson County Health Center in Fairfield.

A graveside service is at 11 a.m. Monday in Kahoka Cemetery.

No visitation is planned.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

The Vigen Memorial Home in Kahoka is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. KORSCHGEN was born March 19, 1929, in Chicago, the daughter of William and Margaret CLASSEN O'MALLEY. She married Everette Dean TRONE. They divorced. She married Lawrence "Henry" KORSCHGEN Nov. 25, 1968, in Quincy, Illinois. He died March 14, 2004.

She was a member of the Shrine of St. Patrick Catholic Church in St. Patrick, Missouri.

She and her husband owned and operated Kahoka Lanes until they retired in 1980.

She enjoyed reading, playing cards with the ladies in her apartment complex and doing crafts.

She especially enjoyed eating out with her family.

Survivors include one son, Edward TRONE and his wife Peni, of Warsaw, Illinois; two daughters, Vicki GUTTING and her husband Wayne of Kahoka, and Kathy HYDE and her husband Steve of Fairfield; two stepsons, Kevin KORSCHGEN of Chicago and Steve KORSCHGEN and his wife Helen of New Mexico; seven grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband Larry, she was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Debra SONIER; two brothers; two sisters; and twin siblings in infancy.
