Friday, January 8, 1988Rites Sunday for Stella REED
LOCKRIDGE - Stella REED, 96, lifetime resident of Lockridge, died at 4:35 a.m. today at Maple Leaf Manor in Mount Pleasant.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield with the Rev. Larry Hembry officiating. Burial will be Monday in Evergreen Cemetery. Friends may call at Raymond Funeral Home starting Saturday morning. A memorial has been established to the Lockridge Senior Citizens Senior.
Mrs. REED was born May 30, 1891. She married Charles J. REED, who died Oct. 11, 1952. She was a housewife and also worked as babysitter.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews. A son preceded her in death.
