Wife, T.A. MITCHELL, Succumbs Suddenly, California Home

Word has been received of the death of the wife of Thomas A. MITCHELL, prominent former citizen of Fairfield. Death came to Mrs. MITCHELL, 63, suddenly November 22 at her home of recent years, 30 Tanaltais Terrace, San Francisco. The family were previous residents for 30 years in Oakland, Calif.

Helen G. MITCHELL, a native of Kansas is survived by her husband, one daughter, Mrs. William J. DANIELS, of Oakland; three sons, Myron T. of Carnel, Calif.; Herbert V. in the navy; H. Bruce with the army somewhere in the Pacific.

Services were held November 25 from the Ganter Felder Kenny Chapel in San Francisco and she was laid to rest in the Chapel of Memories in Oakland. Mr. MITCHELL will be remembered here as the youngest son of the late Hon. and Mrs. H.D. MITCHELL. He is the brother of Mrs. Ellis CULP of this city and the late J.D. MITCHELL. Previous to his departure from Fairfield about 45 years ago, he worked in the Huffstedler and Baker store.

He with his son are in the auto accessory business in San Francisco which he has conducted for a number of years.
