Mrs. H. CARL taken in death

Death came at 5 p.m. Monday to Mrs. Herschel CARL, 82, 412 North C, a native of Fairfield. She died at Jefferson County Hospital.

Services for Naomi CARL will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Chruch (sic) of the Nazarene with the Rev. Robert Kelley officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Raymond Funeral Home.

Mrs. CARL spent most of her life in Jefferson County where she taught rural school. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene.

Her marriage to Herschel H. CARL took place Nov. 30, 1918. He died May 8, 1966.

Naomi B. CARL was born Dec. 30, 1899, in Fairfield. She was the daughter of William Harry and Nellie Mae SALLADAY LYNN.

Survivors are one son, David CARL, Fairfield; six grandchildren; and two brothers, Floyd LYNN, Fairfield, and John LYNN, Winona, Minn.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. CARL was preceded in death by one son and a brother.
