Hazel S. HUNT

Hazel S. HUNT, 77, 502 W. Kirkwood Ave., died at 6:45 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, 1993, at Jefferson County Hospital.

The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. John D. Boatman officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Open visitation begins Saturday morning at Behner Funeral Home with the family present from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church or organization of donor's choice.

Miss HUNT was born Jan. 11, 1916, in McCool, Miss., the daughter of Henry D. and Lorena NORRIS HUNT. She was a bookkeeper and office employee for Fritts Auto Parts store. She was a member of First Baptist Church, where she was treasurer for 20 years, taught Sunday school, was active in the adult Sunday school class, furnished flowers for the altar during summer and spring, was a member of Maxine Bates Circle and American Baptist Women's Ministries.

Surviving are two sisters, Ezra FRITTS of Fairfield, Mavis STEPHENSON of Flushing, Mich., and two brothers, Douglas HUNT of Kulpsville, Pa., and Dwain HUNT of Brandon, Miss. Her parents and two brothers, Marlin and Bernard, preceded her in death.
