Gladys Miranda Bartelme, 79, of St. Paul, Minn., and formerly of Fairfield, died Wednesday, March 24, 2004.

A memorial Mass of Christian burial will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Sholom Home East in St. Paul.

Memorials may be made to the Minnesota Alzheimer's Association or to Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield.

Roseville Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Bartelme was born in Chile, the daughter of Auturo and Ana. She has been married to Richard Robert Bartelme for 52 years.

Survivors include her husband; children, Ricardo and wife Mary Anne and Ana Miranda; and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Robert; and two brothers, Hector and Octavio.
