Gary Joseph HILESKI

BATAVIA - Gary Joseph HILESKI, 51, of Batavia, formerly of Allegan, Mich., died Thursday, Jan. 2, 1992, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.

Mass for a Christian burial was held Monday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Allegan with the Rev. Jerome M. Heyman officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Memorials have been established to Dollars for Scholars at Allegan and the Natinal Wildlife Association. Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, was in charge of arrangements with local arrangements by Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield.

HILESKI was born Sept. 16, 1940, in Allegan, the son of Robert and Dorothy FASKE HILESKI. He had been employed at Rockwell International for 25 years as a production control manager, the last 4 1/2 years in Iowa.

Surviving are his wife, Diane; two daughters, Heather HILESKI in Iowa, Tenille HILESKI of Kalamazoo, Mich.; his mother of Allegan; a brother, Terry of Kalamazoo; a sister, Sharry EDDY of Allegan; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. His father preceded him in death.
