"Susannah Crenshaw died at her home in Round Prairie township February 25. Her maiden name was Voorhees, and she was born in Guernsey County, Ohio, January 21st, 1833. She was married to Dial Crenshaw October 16, 1851. The husband died at Tillamook, Ore., March 3d, 1890. Six children were born to them five of whom are now living – Mrs. Etta Smith of Oklahoma, Mrs. A. Pagel of Fairfield, Chauncey and Emra Crenshaw and Alice Phillips of Round Prairie township."
