"CRENSHAW RITES ON WEDNESDAY. Stockport, Iowa—Last rites will be Wednesday for Mrs. Elizabeth E. Crenshaw, life-time resident of the Stockport community who passed away Sunday……Burial will be in the Mt. Zion cemetery northwest of Glasgow. Elizabeth E. Crenshaw, 93, was born Jan. 13, 1869, near Glasgow, the daughter of William and Martha Jane Carver Hall. She was married to Emra Pitkin Crenshaw on March 10, 1889, near Glasgow. He preceded his wife in death on Jan. 25, 1945. Methodist Church. Mrs. Crenshaw is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Veda F. Brown, Stockport; two sons, Ivan H. Crenshaw, Douds, and Harold E. Crenshaw, Stockport; also seven grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren, and a brother Ben Hall, Glasgow. She was preceded in death by her husband, two sons, two brothers, and three sisters."
