Marjorie EASTON McCLAIN

Marjorie EASTON McCLAIN, 83, formerly of Fairfield, died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 1996, at Carrollwood Care Center in Tampa, Fla.

The service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Raymond Funeral Home, with the Rev. Kenneth Royar officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials have been established to Nelson Nursing Home Activity Fund, Jefferson County Hospice, and Fairfield Public Library.

Mrs. McCLAIN was born July 2, 1912, in Fairfield, the daughter of Oscar A. and Emily CARLSON EASTON. A resident of Fairfield until moving to Florida in April 1991, she attended Parsons College. On Aug. 4, 1935, she married Charles Edward McCLAIN at the home of her parents. He died Oct. 27, 1990. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, TTT, and Chapter HA, PEO.

Surviving are a daughter, Judy CORNELIUS of Odessa, Fla.; and three grandchildren. A brother, Robert EASTON, preceded her in death.
