Rites For E. HAYNES

Ella Marie HAYNES, 83, 303 E. Kirkwood, died Thursday at 10:42 p.m. at the Jefferson County Hospital where she had been a patient since April 28.

Services will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home with the Rev. Wayne Bartruff officiating. Burial will be in McDowell Cemetery north of Fairfield. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday evening from 7:30 to 8:30.

Mrs. HAYNES was born Aug. 24, 1893 in Jefferson County, the daughter of William and Cordelia Jane QUACKENBUSH. She was reared and educated in Fairfield. She was married to Oscar Louis HAYNES in 1919. He died May 18, 1957.

Mrs. HAYNES was a member of the Bentonsport United Methodist Church. She is survived by seven daughters: Dorothy HAYNES, Doris HAYNES and Florence CORNELIUS, all of Fairfield; Patty DILLION, San Diego, Calif.; Mable JOHNSON, Liberal, Kan.; Iola MANNING, Mount Pleasant; Mary DAVIS, Coal Valley, Ill.; Everett HAYNES, Fairfield; Bobby HAYNES, Fairfield; Bobby HAYNES, Keosauqua; Billy HAYNES, Wentzville, Mo.; and Donald HAYNES, Bowling Green, Mo.
