VEATCH Funeral Will Be Tuesday

BATAVIA - Mrs. Euna A. VEATCH, 88, died this morning at the home of her sister, Mrs. Lettie PUMPHREY, who resides three miles south of Batavia.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Campbell Funeral Chapel in Batavia with the Rev. Donald Wright officiating. Burial will be in the Batavia Cemetery.

Born Dec. 29, 1883, in Wapello County, Euna VEATCH was the daughter of Richard and Clara HILL WILLIAMS. She had lived in the Batavia Community most all of her life and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star at Batavia.

Survivors include her sister, Mrs. PUMPHREY, and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ross, one daughter, and one grandson.
