Death Takes N. PARSONS

Miss Nerva I. PARSONS, 78, passed away Thursday at 10:35 p.m. at the Jefferson County Hospital. She had been ill the past two weeks.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 24 at 2 p.m. in the Behner Funeral Home with Rev. Lynn Bergfalk officiating. Burial in Union cemetery east of Fairfield at Parsonsville. Visitation will be at the Funeral Home Saturday evening from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

She spent her entire life in Jefferson County born near Fairfield on August 26, 1898, the daughter of Dell and Elizabeth LIBLIN PARSONS. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Mildred ANDERSON and Mrs. Louise SWITZER, both of Fairfield. She was preceded in death by one brother, Rollie PARSONS.
