Monday, April 16, 1973Mrs. WEBER's Mother Dies
Mrs. John C. (Kathryn) BURNS, 91, of Columbus, Neb., mother of Mrs. Edward WEBER, 1012 Hillcrest, died April 2 in a hospital at Columbus where she had been a patient only a few hours.
Mrs. WEBER returned home Saturday after spending the past 12 days with her father in Columbus.
Last rites for Mrs. BURNS were held Wednesday, April 4 at St. Bonaventure Church in Columbus. Burial was also.
Mrs. BURNS was born Feb. 10, 1882 in O'Neill, Neb. She and Mr. BURNS would have been married 65 years in September, 1973. They maintained their own home in Columbus.
She is survived by her husband; three daughters, Mrs. WEBER, Mrs. R.C. PHILIPS of Albion, Neb., and Mrs. Harry SHANK of Columbus, Neb.; one son, Robert F. BURNS of San Francisco, Calif., and seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
