Mrs. HESTON Rites Friday

PLEASANT PLAIN - Last rites for Mrs. Marie R. HESTON, 77, will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Pleasant Plain Friends Church with the Rev. Wade Dillavou officiating. Burial will be in Friends Cemetery.

Mrs. HESTON died Tuesday at the Grinnell Hospital. The body is at the Gould Funeral Home in Richland.

Mrs. HESTON was born Nov. 17, 1895 at Veo, the daughter of Mahlon and Melinda HOSKINS ROBERTS. She was married to Lyle WILLIAMS who preceded her in death. On Dec. 25, 1951 she was married to S.E. HESTON.

Mrs. HESTON was a member of the Pleasant Plain Friends Church. She taught school for a number of years in Idaho and Iowa.

Surviving are her husband and one son, the Rev. Stanley WILLIAMS, Columbia, Mo. Also surviving are one brother, Lawrence ROBERTS, Newberg, Ore., and one stepson, Russell HESTON, Grinnell; and four step grandchildren.

One brother and three sisters.

Admin. note: Her second husband was Sylmon Elmer HESTON; she was the second of his three wives. She and Sylmon are both buried in Pleasant Plain Friends Cemetery, as is Sylmon's first wife, Cora.
