Frank WARD, 47, of Eldon, died at 10 a.m. today, Thursday, April 18, 2013, at home.
Arrangements are pending at Grace Funeral Care in Eldon.

William Frank Ward III was born in Macomb, IL, on January 11, 1966, to William Frank and Lee Ann DEAN WARD. He grew up in Fort Pierce, FL, and graduated from John Carroll Catholic High School there in 1984. He also attended Florida Atlantic University, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, and continued to take courses in juvenile justice. Along the way, he worked with youth services in Florida and Iowa, including First Resources through Evan's Middle School in Ottumwa, IA. Frank became disabled, and retired in 2000.
He is survived by his parents, his sister Paige WARD JEROME (husband Craig) of Vero Beach, FL, and his nephew Jacob Andrew of Vero Beach, FL. He had relatives and friends in FL, IA, and AR. Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Lee Andrew and Mary Jane DEAN, grandmother Ruth ATWOOD, and uncle Richard LANFORD.
Frank was a member of St. Mark's Catholic Church in Fort Pierce, FL, and enjoyed adventures, photography, swimming, camping, the outdoors, and was involved in scouting and youth activities/justice. He was described as a true friend to many.
Frank is to be buried beside his great grandparents, grandparents, and uncle, at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Cemetery in Rogers, Arkansas, following a Mass of Catholic Burial and memorial service held in Vero Beach, FL. The family requests memorial donations to Boy Scout Troop 530 of Vero Beach, FL.
