Ida Louise KERR

Ida Louise KERR 77, of Fairfield died Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.

The funeral is set for 3 p.m. Friday at Murphy Funeral Home in Mount Pleasant, with Danny Cary officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.

According to Mrs. KERR's wishes, the body will be cremated following the service, and burial will be at a later date.

Mrs. KERR was born June 29, 1935, in Douds, the daughter of Elmer Sr. and Rose SCOTT LUKE. She married Donald KERR.

Survivors include her children: Ida KERR of Fairfield, Don KERR and wife Ruth of Des Moines, Anna KERR of Keota and David KERR of Woodward; nine grandchildren; three sisters: Cleone DOWNING of Wheatfield, Ind., Lydia MILLER of Schuylerville, S.C., and Minnie GREEN of Alabama; and one brother: Melvin LUKE of Glasgow.

Mrs. KERR was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two daughters: Debra and Linda; two sisters: Judy BRUDER and Dorothy LUKE and three brothers: Robert, Elmer Jr. and Eugene.
