Randy W. Lewman, 36, of Des Moines, formerly of Keosauqua, was found dead in his home, Friday, Jan. 23, 2004.

A graveside service was held at 1:30 p.m. today in Pittsburg Cemetery, west of Keosauqua, with the Rev. Jerry Caughron officiating.

Memorials to Pittsburg Cemetery may be left at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua or mailed to the family at 916 Country Lane Drive, Apt. 3, Keosauqua, 52565.

Mr. Lewman was born Dec. 13, 1967, in Keosauqua, the son of Thomas C. and Edna Ewing Lewman.

Mr. Lewman graduated from Van Buren High School, Indian Hills Community College and Iowa Wesleyan College and took training in massage therapy at Des Moines Area Community College in Ankeny. He served in the United States Army and received a medical discharge. He had worked in health care facilities in the Des Moines area.

Survivors include his mother; five sisters, Loretta Kindle of Fairfield, Maurine Pilcher and Mona Pilcher, both of Douds, and Valerie Mote and Lana Beggs, both of Keosauqua; and three brothers, Emmit Lewman of Quinn's Rocks, Western Austrailia, Brent Lewman of Douds and Bert Lewman of Keosauqua.

He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Tommy.
