January 22, 1981Carl REBLING dies at 75
BRIGHTON - Carl REBLING, 75 of Wayland, died Thursday at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield where he had lived since 1975. He had been seriously ill for several months.
Services will be Saturday, 2:30 p.m., at Hope Lutheran Church, Germanville, with the Rev. Robert Barker officiating. Burial will be in Hope Lutheran Cemetery. Gould Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Rebling was born Sept. 15, 1905 in Beaver Dam, Wis., the son of Edmund and Anna KIRSCHBERG REBLING.
Surviving are two brothers, Harold of Brighton and Edmund of Morristown, Minn. His parents and a sisters preceded him in death.
He had farmed in Jefferson County most of his life and worked at Louden Machinery Co. in Fairfield. He retired in 1970, and moved to Wayland where he lived until entering Parview Care Center. He was a member of Hope Lutheran Church.
