Marcia Elaine Palmer, 44, of 302 E. Burlington Ave., died at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, 2004, at Ottumwa Regional Health Center in Ottumwa.

The body has been cremated. No services are scheduled. Interment will be in the Pittsburg Cemetery.

Raymond Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Palmer was born Dec. 7, 1959, the daughter of William J. and Wilma Elaine Wilson Kessler. She married Floyd Palmer Jan. 30, 1990, in Ottumwa. He died Nov. 25, 1997.

Mrs. Palmer grew up in Fairfield and lived in Fairfield and Ottumwa.

Survivors include her father; one brother, Gary "Stack" Kessler; and two sisters, Joyce Knopp and Joann Van Blaricom, all of Fairfield.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her mother.
