Wanda SCHRAMM

Wanda L. SCHRAMM, 75, Santa Barbara, Calif., formerly of Fairfield, died Sunday in California.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Fairfield with the Rev. Terry Ellis officiating. Burial will be in Richwood Cemetery near Trenton. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Behner Funeral Home. Friends may begin calling at the funeral home at noon Thursday. A memorial has been established to Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Mrs. SCHRAMM was born Aug. 11, 1912 in Ottumwa, the daughter of William Alvin KIRK and Jessie Carver FORD. She married Paul W. SCHRAMM Aug. 26, 1944 in Alta. He died Feb. 1, 1983. A homemaker, she had lived most of her life in the Fairfield and Beckwith areas, but had spent the last two and one-half years in Santa Barbara and the two years before that with her son in Lake Dallas, Texas. She was a member of the Missouri Synod, Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Marjorie LAWLOR of Des Moines, Yvonne ELLIS of Columbus, Ga.; a son, LeRoy SCHRAMM of Lake Dallas, Texas; eight grandchildren; three sisters, Annona JONES of Santa Barbara, Calif., Lorraine BARTON of Libertyville, Betty BROOKS of Klamath Falls, Ore.; a brother, Allen KIRK of Fort Myers, Fla.; several nieces and nephews. Three brothers preceded her in death.
