Illness claims Mrs. GOODWIN

Jessie Irene GOODWIN, 64, of Libertyville, died at 8:16 a.m. Monday at Jefferson County Hospital. She had been ill for several months.

Services are tentively set for 10 a.m. Thursday at Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Connor officiating. Burial will be in Fell Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. A memorial has been established.

Mrs. GOODWIN was born Dec. 28, 1919 in Shelbina, Mo., the daughter of Josephus and Mary McKESSON KEYTE. She married Earl C. GOODWIN on April 17, 1954 in Middletown. She lived most of her life in the Fairfield area and retired as an LPN at Nelson Nursing Home in 1982.

Surviving are her husband, who works at the Fairfield Acco-Babcock plant; two sons, Col. Frank NANCE, Colorado Springs, Colo., Donald NANCE, Libertyville; two daughters, Darlene ROUNTREE, Newton; Arlene UNKRICH, Fairfield; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and one sister, Vera MONTGOMERY, Rock Island, Ill. Her parents, a brother, a sister and an infant son preceded her in death.
