Rites pending for C. HISEL

Charles HISEL, 66, former resident of Fairfield, died at 2 a.m. today at the Veterans Hospital in Des Moines (note: in Polk Co., IA).

Services are pending at the Behner Funeral Home.

C. HISEL rites on Saturday

Services for Charles L. HISEL, 66, Des Moines, will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Behner Funeral Home. The Rev. John Sattler will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

A former resident of Fairfield, HISEL died at 2 a.m. Wednesday at the Veterans Hospital in Des Moines where he had been a patient for two weeks.

Charles L. HISEL was born March 10, 1916, in Fairfield. He was the son Clifford and Hazel HESTON HISEL.

He is survived by a brother, Richard E. HISEL, Fairfield. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.

A veteran of World War II, he worked as a machinist for over 45 years prior to his retirement.
