Roger Keith WAUGH

Roger Keith WAUGH, 44, of Fairfield died Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 12, 2001, at Jefferson County Hospital.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Behner Funeral Home, with a eulogy by Paul Carruthers. Burial of cremains will be at a later date.

No family visitation is planned. Friends and family may sign the funeral register from 8 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday at the funeral home.

Mr. WAUGH was born Feb. 8, 1957, in Keosauqua, the son of Gayle Warren and Pearl Lucille COFFIN WAUGH.

He attended Fairfield High School and has lived most of his life in Fairfield. He had worked for 13 years at Rockwell (Meritor) in Fairfield and Triad Steel in Wickenburg, Ariz.

Survivors include one daughter, Wendy Jo WAUGH of Keosauqua; one son, Joseph "Joey" Andrew WAUGH of Keosauqua; his mother, Pearl WAUGH of Fairfield; eight brothers, Leland WAUGH of Fairfield, James, William and Robert WAUGH, all of Libertyville, Donald WAUGH of Midland, Mich., Kenneth WAUGH of Springboro, Ohio, Dennis WAUGH of Birmingham and Darrell WAUGH of Hedrick; three sisters, Janet MEEK of Birmingham, Linda KEELEY of Batavia and Ruth MARTIN of Fairfield; and special friend Jan WISEMAN of Fairfield.

He was preceded in death by one father and his one niece.
