Margaret MOSS, 72, of Fairfield, died Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

Arrangements are pending at Behner Funeral Home and Crematory in Fairfield.

Margaret Marie MOSS

Margaret Marie MOSS, 72, of Fairfield, died Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:30-8 p.m. Monday at Behner Funeral Home. The body has been cremated.

Memorials may be made to the Margaret MOSS Family. Cards and memorials can be sent to Fred MOSS at 200 N. 28th Street, Lot 40, Fairfield 52556.

Mrs. MOSS was born July 8, 1940, in Sigourney, the daughter of Clarence Clifford and Hazel Margaret HAHN THOMPSON. She married Fred Charles MOSS in December of 1959.

Mrs. MOSS worked at Dexter Foundry for 10 years.

She enjoyed crocheting, country music and spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband; one son, Barry MOSS of Fairfield; one daughter, Carol PROUIX of Spruce Grove, Alberta, Canada; one sister, Alice PUDER of Mississippi; four granddaughters; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Douglas MOSS; and two brothers, Charles Clifford THOMPSON and Larry THOMPSON.
