“Mrs. Mary Wiggins died this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. R. F. Eck at Woolson. Bur. McDowell Cemetery. Age 82. Her husband, Wm. Wiggins, died several years ago, also one daughter, Mrs. Gertrude Minster. Survived by four children, Mrs. Eck of Woolson; Mrs. C. A. Jones and Fred Wiggins of Pleasant Plain, and Bert Wiggins of Redwood Falls, Minn. Mrs. Wiggins is the grandmother of Mrs. Guy Jones of this city.”

Mrs. Wm. (Mary Agnes Armstrong) Wiggins. Daughter of Alexander and Eleanor Armstrong, born Nov 10 1846 at Millbrook, Ontario, Canada; came to Jefferson County 1855 with her parents; died Jan. 5 1929. Was a teacher. Married Feb 24 1870 William Wiggins, who died July 1 1910. Five children: Mrs. Fannie Jones of Pleasant Plain; Mrs. Gertrude Minster who died some years ago; Bert of Redwood Falls, Minn.; Fred of Pleasant Plain, and Mrs. Nelle Eck of Woolson.
