William Wiggins, a patient in the Mt. Pleasant hospital for many years, died in that institution June 29th. He had been discharged, but passed away before freedom was given him. The body was taken to his old home in Blackhawk township and was interred in the McDowell cemetery Friday. Mr. WIGGINS was sixty-three years of age and had long been a resident of Jefferson county. He was an active and industrious man until stricken by ill health and had many friends in the community. His wife and five children survive him -- Bert and Fred. WIGGINS, Mrs. G.S. MINSTER, Mrs. Allison JONES and Mrs. R. F. ECK.
I am not related to the subject.
