Anne V. FAULKNER

Anne V. FAULKNER, 91, of Thornton, Colo., died Thursday, May 25, 2000, at Alpine Living Center in Thornton.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Evergreen Cemetery in Fairfield with the Rev. Steven Paige officiating.

Memorials may be sent to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 320 E. Fifth St., Salida, Colo. 81201 or to Hospice of Metro Denver, 425 S. Cherry St., Suite 700, Denver, Colo. 80246.

M.P. Murphy and Associates, funeral directors, of Lafayette, Colo., were in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. FAULKNER was born Feb. 17, 1909, in Jefferson County, the daughter of John J. and Martha Rose STANISZESKI BURKE. She married Ernest John FAULKNER June 29, 1929, in Fairfield. He died Aug. 13, 1989.

A current resident of Thornton, she was a former resident of Denver, Boulder and a longtime resident of Salida, Col., and Keosauqua. She was a homemaker.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Salida.

Survivors include one son, John F. FAULKNER of Boulder; one daughter, Suzanne J. FAULKNER of Boulder; one sister, Mary KEMP of Russellville, Ark.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
