M. LARSON Rites Set

Mrs. Mabel LARSON, 85, longtime resident of the Fairfield community, died at 8 p.m. Friday at the Parkview Care Center where she had been a patient the past year.

Services will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the First Lutheran Church with Pastor R. Keith Lingwall officiating. Interment will be in the Salina Cemetery.

The family will recieve friends at the Raymond Funeral Home from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday.

Mabel LARSON was born April 23, 1891, in Chillicothe, Ill., the daughter of Gust Oscar and Clara JOHNSON PETERSON. She was reared and educated in Illinois and Minnesota. The family moved to the Salina community when she was 15 years old.

Her marriage to Henry LARSON took place Oct. 6, 1915, in Salina. He died Oct. 6, 1915 (sic - October 1, 1942). Mrs. Larson had been a resident of Fairfield the past 30 years, and was a member of the Lutheran Church.

She is suvived by one son, Raymond LARSON, Durant; a daughter, Mrs. Norval EVANS, Fairfield; two grandchildren and one great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and a brother, Clarence PETERSON, Fresno, Calif.
