Pamela "Pammy" JOHNSON, 63, of Fort Madison, died at 7:24 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27, 2012, at her home.
The funeral is at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Thielen Funeral Home in Burlington with Life Celebrant Marti Burgett officiating. A time of food and fellowship will be held in the community room at the funeral home following the service. Cremation will be accorded following the funeral.
Visitation is from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with family receiving friends from 5-7 p.m.
A memorial has been established for Lee County Health Department Hospice.

Ms. JOHNSON was born July 24, 1949, in Fairfield, the daughter of Lyle E. and Mary Ruth CARLSON OLSON.
She was a 1967 graduate of Burlington High School.
She retired from Dupont.
She enjoyed bowling and playing softball, darts and pool.
She took care of two little girls.
She was of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include two brothers, Roger E. OLSON and Douglas L. OLSON, both of Burlington; and two sisters, Karen S. WEAVER of Burlington, and Patricia K. PUGH of North Dakota.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Barbara ESSARY; and her grandparents.
